Role: My role was to organise and manage the existing press contacts. Directly employed by Co-founder & COO at SingularityU The Netherlands, Maarten den Braber. I worked in association with Wouter Glaser from P.R. agency Glasnost. I created an efficient planning overview and briefed stakeholders whilst working closely and aligning with the Global Head of Communication Diane Murphy.
What did I do:
- Created overview and structure.
- Overall press planning + briefing.
- Generated media schedule for two Summit days.
- Communication and guidance stakeholders.
- Managed small team of volunteers.
Project description: The SingularityU The Netherlands Summit 2016 was aimed at bringing awareness about exponential technologies and their impact on business and policy. The theme of the Summit was "Reality Check- Fast forward into our future".
