Role: Gallery assistant working in close collaboration with head curator Samuel de Goede. Co produced two art shows with opening events. Comprehensive database management - Kuvva, online wallpaper gallery. In addition to fulfill the physical gallery it's societal mission and help make it come to life, I organised, managed, produced and executed two creative drawing workshops in collaboration with the U.K. charity the Big Draw working with Dennis de Groot and Saša Ostoja, two established Dutch illustrators.
Next to the day-to-day on- and offline gallery work, I initiated and completed an internal organizational analysis regarding current business flows, realities of employees and management using BMC and INK management tools. I concluded and presented my findings to management, on how internal business model innovation could take place.
