ZOKU
Accolades: “In a fantastic manner, Eke completed a research challenge for us on how we can best build a community for Zoku. The outcomes were thoroughly, practicable and presented in an inimitable way. Eke included innovative methods during the research that have helped us deepen the subject effectivly, resulting in practical recommendations. Her focus, diligence and sympathetic manners did the rest: a great partnership with a strong and very useful result.”
Hans Meyer, Co-Founder & Managing Director at Zoku.
"Next to being a delight to work with, Eke’s enthusiasm and passion are contagious. She’s a perfectionist at heart and works hard to get the quality of work she desires. I would highly recommend her!"
Veerle Donders, Community Manager at Zoku
Role: My role was to investigate the following question before the Hotel opened its doors to the public; "How could a new hotel concept like Zoku create an active community of guest, locals companies and networks that contribute to the Zoku brand and which individuals, companies and networks would be most relevant to creating this community."
What did I do:
- Literature research on building communities.
- Analysing three best practices.
- Interviews with members & other stakeholders.
- Developing workshop for members and stakeholders.
- Executing both workshops.
- Formulating star elements for Zoku's community.
- Determine the community proposition.
- Presenting research findings in strategic direction for the company.
